THE SKIRT IS JUST STUNNING!! MY PICTURES DON'T DO THIS SKIRT JUSTICE.   THIS IS A TINY CHECK RED AND WHITE SKIRT WITH A WONDERFUL TIE AT THE FRONT TO LIFT THE TOP LAYER UP  SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THE BOTTOM LAYER OF THE SKIRT.  NOW HERE IS THE STUNNING DETAIL THAT JOTTUM IS KNOWN FOR.  THE BOTTOM LAYER IS MADE OF FIVE RUFFLE LAYERS IN CHERRY PRINT AND OF THE AMAZING TULIP PRINT (PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR DETAILS)   THIS AGAIN IS A FULL CIRCLE SKIRT WONDERFUL FOR TWIRLING!! INFACT I SCREAMS SPIN!!! SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THE UNDERSIDE OF THE SKIRT.  THE BACK OF THE SKIRT WASN'T LEFT UNTOUCHED EITHER. THERE ARE 3 LITTLE BOWS AT THE BACK OF THE SKIRT IN THE TULIP PRINT THAT JUST ADD SOO MUCH TO THIS SKIRT.    THE MATCHING TOP IN THE CHERRY PRINT (TO MATCH THE LAYERS UNDER THE SKIRT) IS JUST TOO CUTE FOR WORDS.
