Stanley Each dress is thoughtfully designed after an original documented civil war era dress.  All fabrics and dress designs are from original museum pieces, personal collections or original photos.   About this dress:  Dark Brown & Cream Stripe Print (Looks black stripe from a distance, but closer (very close) inspection shows it's a dark brown.)   NEW Two-piece day dress, made with 100% printed cotton fabric and lining.   Bell sleeves and button front.  Dress is hand and machine stitched.  Bodice lined in cream cotton.  Skirt has bar hook and eye closure.  Shown over a 5 bone hoop, Hoop NOT included.  Great for CHRISTMAS!!!  Complete dress is machine washable and tumble dry on low.  Documentation of research used to create dress will be included when shipped.  (ex.
