For standard International shipping the average shipping time is between 7-10 business days and for expedited service it is 3-5 business days. Please read the entire policy carefully. For assistance, please call or email our customer service department at returns@brandsonsale.com Since costumes are primarily purchased for a one time event, standard practice within the industry has always been an All Sales Are Final Policy. This means there would be no returns or exchanges for any reason.  However, times are changing.  Costumes are now being purchased online which can make it difficult at times in selecting the correct size and/or costume.  To accomodate for this, we have developed an Easy Exchange Policy for all our costumes.  If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may exchange the item for a different size or for something of equal value.  If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply. Our exchange and return policy for costumes is as follows: For sanitary and health reasons we can not accept exchanges on the following items: Make Up Hair Spray Costume Teeth Hosiery Wigs, Beards, & Mustaches Undergarments Stockings Socks Eyelashes Shoes that show obvious wear Any item that has been worn, used or altered in any way Important! Due to the seasonal nature of costumes during the Halloween Season, all orders placed between October 21st and November 1st CAN NOT BE Exchanged or Returned.  Please be sure to review sizes and costume drescriptions before ordering.  We advise you to order early to avoid problems and disappointment during this short black out period. To Exchange an item, you must email returns@brandsonsale.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and exchange instructions. Brandsonsale.com is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges or returned items. Once a Return Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 3 days of the authorization date. Items returned after the RMA expiration date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges. Costumes can only be exchanged and not returned for a refund. Returns and Exchanges can take up to 7 business days to process ounce it is received in our facilities.  After processing your return, all credits are usually issued within 14 business days. To expedite the exchange process we recommend placing a new order for the desired item, instead of waiting for the exchange process.  This helps ensure that your item will be in stock and that you can receive it promptly.  This procedure is referred to as a cross-shipment and our friendly customer service staff can assist you with this procedure. Items being returned MUST be in their orginal, unsused condition and in their original packaging.  We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. This helps us ensure that we only sell brand new items, and that our customers do not receive previously worn costumes.  The item will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel it has been worn and no credit will be issued. Each item is thoroughly inspected by our returns department, so please do not send back used merchandise. Refused packages and items returned without a proper RMA number will be suject to a restocking fee of 25%. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.  In addition, customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to sending an item back to Brands on Sale. International orders that may arrive late due to custom delays are beyond our control therefore we will not be held accountable for this issue.  Please allow for extra time for possible custom delays.  In addition, all custom fees, tariffs, duties, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Brands on Sale. All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping.  If an item is damaged or destoyed in shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection so we can remedy the situation. Defective or damaged item? If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment.
