The dress is made of a semi stretchy flocked black polyester, and it resembles damask. The dress is low cut and fitted, and the hem is made of HUNDREDS of flowers on circular cut tiers! Each layer is trimmed in white lace. There is a "dickie" turtleneck that is seperate, with REAL rib bones on the neck and chest. {they have been boiled, bleached, and cleaned....don't worry!} Next we have the bustle. This badboy is a padded cushion with layers of flocked damask & blue dyed muslin. Each pleat is raw edged, and there is a lace train and blue flowers. The bustle snaps to the princess seams in the front and can be easily removed. The hat is huge.......it has pops of tulle, lots of flowers, and a big lace veil! The mask is made of hardened white gauze and black paint.
