The hat is brand new - never worn.  Included is a certificate - this is the 5th in a series of top hats made by Colorado artist KnifeChief. Native Americans decorated top hats brought back from visits with govenment officials - KnifeChief is decorating these top hats in memory of the old Chief's Hats from the late 1800's.  This amazing top hat can be worn or used as decoration.  Sold as is!
