The item has two pockets inside & two outside.  I estimate it to be a medium, shoulder seam to seam: 18", neck to bottom hem: 26 1/2", & arm lenght: 22 1/2".  I received it from a Thai friend, so believe that it was made in Thailand. Item is in overall excellant condition, but does need to be cleaned.
