The consignment tag is still attached to this lovely gown. It arrived to me from Lyn in excellent condition, not a stone out of place - Simply gorgeous! Similar gowns on consignment with Lyn retail for around $2400. NOTE: Please understand red showing in pictures is the dressform, and not part of the actual gown.The bodice is peach lace, moderately stoned and the skirt is in apricot, peach and raspberry watercolor. This dress is marked as a size small, but I estimate it to be a generous medium.Modestly designed, this costume offers full coverage of the arms partial cover of the front, and features an open back that does not drop too low. This dress is absolutely perfect for the modest dancer who still wants to grab some attention on the competition floor. The entire gown features a lovely peach stretch lace overlay that is generously stoned. The front of this gown features a peek-a-boo hankerchief bust, in fabric that matches the swirling skirts. The stretch lace sleeves offer full coverage of the arms, and finish with decorative mini-floats that draw attention to hand styling in open American style dancing. (Note: If desired, these floats are easily removed.) The skirts are full-bodied - High quality watercolor raspberry and peach georgette skirts flutter and twirl with every step you take.   Maximum Measurements for a Flattering Fit: Bust: 36" (Cups are a B) Waist: 30" Hips: 36" I would say this gown is a true size 6-8. A larger dancer could fit into it but I do not believe it would be a flattering fit.   Bonus: A brand new dress bag is included with this auction.
