Hard to say as these are new and packaged flat so its hard to give a good estimate without making them "used" by filling them.  I have imaged these quite well though, use your judgment and don't bid if you are not 100% sure this is what you want. No tags as this was part of the kit, if you want a tag, buy the T-Bag Backpack too and it has a tag for this item.
