This wonderful cane has a figural porcelain handle in the form of ladies head wearing a black veil. The rest of the handle is decorated with colorful hand painted flowers and is highlighted with gold gilt. Has a silver connector bellow the handle with relief designs. A similar example of this cane is pictured on the cover of Walking Sticks by Ulrich Klever. It dates from the 19th Century and measures 36 + ½ inches tall overall. The handle measures 2 + ¾ inches tall by 4 + 5/8 inches across by an inch wide. It is in excellent condition with some professional restoration around the lower part of the handle.
