The scrub BOTTOMS have elastic around the waist band, some have pockets on the side some don't. The scrubs DO match unlike the picture, One was just taken with a flash. Most of the scrubs have had prior use so please keep this in mind when you recieve them, however most of the 9XL's are brand new. I am not sure who these scrubs are best suited for, meaning I don't know if there are certain places you would wear certain scrubs. It appears the scrubs were made by or in the state of Virgina according to the tag, which some have some don't. I acquired these scrubs in an auction, where my main interest was Light Bars so I am just trying to move these. Due to fraud this auction is only open to the USA.
